Listing Fees and Verification on Mobiz Properties
Mobiz Properties charges owners a one-time listing fee and takes no commission. This article explains exactly what you pay, how long your listing runs, and what our verification step checks.
One listing, one payment
There is no subscription and no commission. You pay once to publish a listing, and that listing runs for a fixed period. Nothing is deducted from your sale price or your rent, and buyers and tenants pay nothing at all.
How long a listing stays live
- Long-term rental listings run for 45 days
- Holiday rental listings run for 30 days
- Sale listings run for six months
You will be notified before a listing expires, and renewing is discounted. Current prices are always shown on the pricing page.
What verification checks
Every listing is reviewed by a person before it appears on the site. We are checking that the listing is genuine and usable, not judging your property.
- That the photographs show the actual property and carry no other agency’s branding
- That the description matches the images and the stated type
- That the price and location are plausible and complete
- That contact details work, so enquiries reach you
- That the listing does not duplicate another live listing
If something needs changing we will tell you what and why, rather than simply declining.
Payment and receipts
Payment is by local bank transfer. You will be given a unique payment reference to quote on the transfer, which is how we match your payment quickly. Once an administrator verifies the payment, your listing moves to final approval and you receive a receipt you can view and print from your dashboard at any time.
List or find a property, direct from the owner
No agency fees. No 2% commission. One transparent listing fee for owners.
