Mobiz Properties is a Mauritius property listing, advertising and marketing platform - not a real estate agency.
We believe renting, buying and selling property in Mauritius should be simple, transparent and fair. Traditional agencies charge a 2% commission and stand between owners and the public. Mobiz Properties removes the middleman: owners pay a small one-time listing fee, and tenants and buyers contact them directly on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.
Every listing is reviewed by our team before going live. We also help promote approved listings through our marketing channels at no extra cost - Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Google and WhatsApp.
