How the listing fee compares with 2% commission
Listing fees start at Rs 2,000 for sales under Rs 1,000,000 and rise to Rs 4,000 for sales of Rs 5,000,000 and above. Long-term rentals cost 10% of one month’s rent, and holiday listings a flat Rs 500. An optional premium boost adds Rs 1,000 on a sale or Rs 500 on a rental for stronger placement. There is no percentage of the final price at any point.
Who pays what
The owner pays the listing fee once, before the listing is approved and published. Buyers, tenants and holiday guests pay Mobiz Properties nothing. A premium boost improves visibility on the platform but does not guarantee a sale or a rental.
